Sally from Henry Selick's 1993 film "The Nightmare Before Christmas"
post. I almost didn't make it, I have been so busy painting all kinds of goodies for October that I almost missed this weeks post. That plus the fact that Sally DID NOT want to be drawn, wow, if you had only seen the early sketches! Anyway, here she is, now sadly I am going to have to redo Jack, because Sally is SO much better then he is now. Sally is a long overdue request by Marnie from the Rue Mortuary Be sure to look for the 3-D rerelease next month, October 30th! Although not related to the actual 3-D release, grab you anagylph glasses and head on over to Joel Fletcher's site, Joel was an animator on "Nightmare Before Christmas" and took advantage of the opportunity to take some amazing 3-D pictures of the animation setups. Beautiful Stuff! As always, this and all of my portraits are available as high quality limited edition signed and numbered prints from my store for a mere $25.00 |
